Recorder Karate Requirements for all classes
When we began Recorder Karate, all students were informed that the MINIMUM requirement for an "E" was the Red Belt. Students are more than welcome to continue on to the black belt once we have ended Recorder Karate but will have to work on it outside of class. Students who choose to go past the Red Belt may to Brown and Black Belts will have to pass a two part test to get their belts. They will first play it for me and then will perform it for the class with an accompaniment track (the tracks you can find on the Recorder Karate page under "Practice Tracks").
Students who achieve their Black Belts will receive a certificate and have their name and picture on the wall of fame outside of the music room as well as on the class website.
